File Maintenance Clerk

Reporting to the Agro Manager you will be responsible to:

• Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of R esponsibility, I ntegrity, S ervice, and E xcellence in everything

• Receive inventory, investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, and process FCL claims as needed

• Conduct inventory counts and accurately input data into software program

• Ensure all item numbers match description and resolve discrepancies

• Conduct location corrections and price confirmations as required

• Review reports regularly to ensure any necessary corrections are completed

• Participate in technical supports that oversee the software system

• Work co‑operatively with team members to deliver exemplary service

• Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service

• Maintain Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft office and various software programs
• Knowledge of Agro is considered an asset
• Appropriate computer skills and technical knowledge
• Be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands in a busy environment
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Adaptable, organized, and efficient
