Cariboo Community Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a casual Program Support Assistant to join their team!

Work hours range from 0 to 37.5 per week, with shifts available on short notice or pre-scheduled to cover leaves. Your Role:
As a Program Support Assistant, you play an important part in supporting Population Health programs through reliable, detail-oriented administrative work. You’ll help keep the Environmental Public Health Program running smoothly by organizing and maintaining records, preparing file materials, triaging basic correspondence, and responding to routine inquiries in line with established guidelines. You’ll also support day-to-day office operations by performing basic word processing, preparing routine reports, and operating office equipment.

Your commitment to accuracy, organization, and service helps ensure the team can focus on delivering essential public health services to communities across the region.

Qualifications:

Experienced Clerk with attention to detail and ability to perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced public health environment. Familiarity with record-keeping, correspondence triage, report preparation, and office equipment operation. Commitment to accuracy, organization, and client service.
