The position will require 30-40 hours per week, depending on the season. The right candidate will start as a general assistant for Soccer Shots in the Northeast PA Area.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate staffing and support for all Soccer Shots classes across Northeast PA
- Preparation of seasonal coach’s meetings in collaboration with the Director of Coaching/ Coaching Coordinator
- Coach 5-20 high level sessions/week depending on business needs
- Creates and manages the master coaching schedule for NEPA
- Performs and Schedules top level staff for pre-season demos
- Responsible for approving coaches payroll time as well as time off requests and submitting regional invoices for NEPA
- Notifies Parents and Directors of Reschedules in a timely manner
- Monitors the company phone at times (most/all coach communication, some customer/director calls)
- Monitors weather and reschedules when needed (with coaches, directors and Admin staff)
- Works with Director Of Coaching and Coaching Coordinator to Improve NPS scores and share results with coaches for professional growth
- Responsible for weekly communication with coaches (schedule, season start dates, curriculum updates and more)
- Maintain consistent and open dialogue and building great working relationships with coaches
- Ensure coaches complete attendance weekly
- Maintaining coaches equipment and prize inventory
- Responsible for mapping out distribution of prizes and certificates to coaches
- Assisting with the distribution of registration forms and brochures, hanging lobby and classroom posters, and in-school displays, distributing final reminders, placing bandit signs, participating on Social media and promoting public programs
- Communicate with parents, directors, and other partners as needed
- Represent Soccer Shots at industry events, open houses, demos etc.
Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8) and contribute to a winning team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver s License. High School Diploma (College degree in sports management, marketing, business or similar field is an added plus). Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check. Somewhat Flexible Schedule but Available between 9 am-7 pm Monday-Friday and Saturday Mornings.
