What You’ll Do- Be the face of Tru Green, engaging with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
- Turn opportunities into lasting customer relationships by educating and connecting with customers through its Sales Playbook.
- Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
- Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household.
- Use a proven sales methodology and processes to convert inquiries into customers.
- Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow-through.
- Cross-sell and upsell with expertise to help customers elevate their lawns.
- You don’t need a green thumb to thrive here—just the drive to succeed and strong people skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, whether it’s small talk or closing conversations.
- Solid time management and a self-starter mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices (no coding required).
- Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Earning potential grows with every sale and satisfied homeowner.
- Average income is $875 - $1,200/week (based on base salary plus commissions).
