The Entry Level Management Associate supports the execution of sales initiatives and community-centered campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This position offers hands-on experience in sales execution, client relations, and leadership development with a clear path for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Execute sales strategies through direct community outreach to exceed performance goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Utilize generated leads to meet sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences

- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, or Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
