We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.
What You’ll Do- Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
- Residual income – get paid monthly on your active accounts

- Comfortable with face-to-face selling
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
