Location:
404 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18701
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards
- Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and general neatness
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or related environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
