Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibilities are delivering excellent customer service and helping customers build wardrobes; associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process and omni order fulfilment, including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/Achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
