Flex per diem Critical Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - GWV Wilkes-Barre

Overview

Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our critical care team, practicing state-of-the-art medicine with support from physicians and nursing staff. This is a flex per diem position with 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) and the opportunity to choose your shifts.

• Work in a collegial team of providers
• Choose your shifts
• 12-hour shifts from 7pm–7am
• Collaborate with the physician and staff in assessing needs, planning and providing education and care, evaluating outcomes, and coordinating follow-up and referrals for patients

• Education:
  
  Masters Degree - Nurse Practitioner (Required);
  Masters Degree - Physician Assistant (Required)
• Experience:
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS);
  Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania — RN);
  Certified Nurse Practitioner (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners)
