Clinical Nurse Manager, RN

Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Wilkes-Barre, PA Pediatric/Adult Home Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wilkes-Barre, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Experience with pediatric clients strongly preferred.
• Bilingual a plus
• Supervisory experience preferred.
