Position: RN Supervisor

Schedule:

11 PM–7 AM (part‑time or full‑time opportunities available)

• Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
• Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate as a key member of the facility’s interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision‑making, focusing on nursing services.

• Active nursing licensure is required.
• Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a long‑term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
• Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
