Goodyear is seeking a Production Associate in retread operations to support the retread process and extend tire life.

• Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retread
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
• Repair the casing with rubber cement or a patch before applying new tread
• Build the tire by applying new tread
• Cure the tire to set the retread application
• Perform final inspection to ensure a safe, quality product

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Basic computer skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment / General Labor / Entry Level
