• Assist in the Receiving area by unloading freight, breaking down pallets, separating items, inspecting, auditing, scanning and stowing away with safety, care, and speed
• Confirm product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, damages, and any other discrepancies
• Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary
• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred).
• High attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Must be able to count and compute math.
• Experience with computers, especially MS Office.
• Honest with a high level of integrity.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs.
• Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred).

• Confirming product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damages.
• High accuracy rate with alpha-numeric sequences.

• Must be cross-functional into other areas within the department as needed.
• Ability to read and understand production and shipping documents.

• Compensation Description – The starting pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential for working in the frozen department.
• Rate of pay may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production or other legitimate, business-related factors.
• Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, and more!
