We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our supply chain management. The VP of Supply Chain will play a vital role in our company's operations, overseeing the entire supply chain from procurement to strategic sourcing. The successful candidate will have a hands‑on approach and will be responsible for driving efficiency, reducing costs, and managing risks associated with our supply chain.
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
- Manage and oversee the entire supply chain, from procurement to strategic sourcing.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective services.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for supply chain performance, and report on these regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to improve our supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior supply chain management role, preferably in the accounting + finance industry.
- Proven experience in cost reduction, 3PL management, risk management, procurement, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure advantageous terms.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain management software and tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
