Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve commercial auto liability and physical damage claims, focusing on trucking exposures.
• Analyze policy language, manage caseloads, and develop claim resolution strategies.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors to gather information and resolve claims.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, pursue subrogation, and support recovery efforts.
• Handle claims efficiently, accurately, and customer-focused, adhering to standards.
• Participate in reviews, meetings, and training for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience with commercial auto or trucking claims, especially bodily injury or cargo.
• Understanding of trucking operations, FMCSA/DOT regulations, and claims practices.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and resolve claims effectively.
• State adjuster licenses.
• JD preferred;
  Bachelor's or equivalent experience required.
