- Clinical Counselor ($26hr to $28hr)
Location: Luzerne

- Provide high quality clinical direction and leadership to staff in all program settings and foster a positive youth/human development environment.
- Complete assessments and comprehensive plans including community and specialized services in support of assigned clients using positive youth development, trauma-informed and culturally appropriate frameworks.
- Spend at least 50% of working hours providing quality in-person individual or group counseling services and mental health case management, including understanding medication and doctors appointments, according to the youth's identified level of service.
- Master's Degree in Human Services, counseling, social work or other related field and a minimum of three years' experience working with adolescents.
- A mature individual with the ability to articulate and implement the philosophy of the Independent Living Program.
- Must possess sound judgement.
