Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. We continue to grow in our Moosic, PA and Wilkes-Barre, PA sites, as well as have plans to expand beyond. This position is in Wilkes-Barre, PA
Various programs include:
Parkinson's rehab, Pelvic Rehab, peds, ortho, lymphedema, fitness, vestibular, blood flow restriction, outpatient in the home program.

Duties- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct therapy sessions focusing on rehabilitation techniques for various conditions, including orthopedics, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, care plans, and home exercise strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment in accordance with clinic standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic physiology is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
