• Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks

• Performs clerical duties associated with Materials Planning & Scheduling
• Performs clerical functions to assist material planners in coordinating raw materials for efficient production
• Uses systems to monitor and track materials from purchasing, processing, warehousing, and production
• Inputs material needs, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders in system or database
• Tracks and develops reports to monitor performance metrics such as inventory levels, scheduled deliveries, and supplier performance

• Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Preferred education and experience: Associate's Degree
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Organizational skills.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
• Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
