• Teacher will create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for students in the early childhood program.
• Teacher will provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.
• Teacher will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
• Teacher will utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Teacher will assess and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
• Teacher will collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs.

• Teacher must have a CDA, Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or another related field.
• Teacher must have two-years previous experience working with students.
• Teacher must possess knowledge of child welfare and development principles.
• Teacher must have strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Teacher must be proficient in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Teacher must have the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
