Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an RN to provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. The RN will coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and be professionally accountable for the care of assigned patients.

, where teamwork, accountability, and support are the foundation of our culture. You'll care for a variety of patients including:

• GI & Oncology

• Post-Op Recovery

• COPD & Pneumonia

• UTI & Dehydration

• Complex Wound Care

RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6

You’ll feel a true sense of belonging on our team.

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a RN required.

Certifications

Required:

• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire)
• Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion)

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed
