Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wildwood, MO, for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at American House Senior Living Communities. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting in the coordination of care plans. Additional responsibilities include monitoring residents’ health and well-being, communicating with families and healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and state regulations.

The role requires a compassionate, professional, and team-oriented individual committed to enhancing the lives of the residents.

Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license and knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and legal regulations
  • Proficiency in administering medications and maintaining accurate medical documentation
  • Ability to assess residents’ health conditions and effectively create and implement care plans
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents, their families, and healthcare teams
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to caregiving with a commitment to enhancing quality of life for seniors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills for managing electronic health records
  • Previous experience in senior living or geriatric care is a plus
