Are you passionate about elevating patient care and driving positive change in healthcare? We are seeking a dynamic RN Manager to lead Performance Improvement and Patient Experience initiatives at a respected, accredited hospital in Southern California.
2 locations:
Murrieta, California OR Wildomar, California.
- Champion a culture of patient-centered care and enhance the patient and family experience.
- Translate patient feedback into actionable improvements.
- Lead quality and performance improvement projects.
- RN license in California.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred. - 3+ years clinical experience with leadership skills.
- Experience in patient advocacy or grievance management is a plus.
- Quality improvement and data analysis experience preferred.
Certifications:
- Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
