Clinical Supervisor (RN) – Med/Surg/Tele – Full Time Night Shift

Sign-On Bonus: $6,000

Location: Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital, Wildomar, CA – 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, the only designated Trauma Center in Riverside County and a county‑designated Paramedic Base Station.

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborative, comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs.
• Conduct assessments, treatment, and care on assigned unit(s).
• Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies.
• Model Southwest Healthcare core values and mission statement.
• Act as a resource and leader in assigned unit(s).
• Demonstrate critical thinking in management of patient care and patient flow, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

• Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• ACLS (AHA) certification.
• PALS (AHA) certification if caring for pediatric patients.
