Dairy Farmers of America - - Responsibilities:
Plan sequence of flow of base mix from pasteurized tanks;
Determine best procedure to pipe pump to tanks to transfer mix base and take sample for QC;
Set up and adjust flavor filler;
Operate power jack to transport materials equipment to and from location;
Exercise care and follow sanitary process procedures in pumping including: pump, piping system rinsing, sanitizing and take samples for QA as required.
