As a Back Office Customer Service Employee, you play a key role in the daily flow of orders and information. You monitor order fulfilment, track shipments and make sure delivery promises are accurate and up to date. When issues arise, you spot them early and take action before they become real problems. You analyse logistics data and KPIs to support improvements and share insights with colleagues.
Throughout the day, you coordinate with warehouse teams, carriers and customer service to ensure smooth cooperation, clear communication and a safe way of working.
You will work at a modern fulfilment location in Wijchen, where logistics and customer focus come together. The organisation operates internationally and supports both B2B and B2C activities. The atmosphere is professional but informal, with colleagues who help each other and take pride in their work. Teams are growing, which means there is room for initiative, learning and development.
- Good command of English, spoken and written;
- Experience or strong interest in customer service, logistics or administration;
- Confident working with MS Office and SAP;
- Starters and career switchers are welcome.
