Wigton, Cumbria | Employed role (minimum 3 days per week)

Are you a Dental Therapist who wants to work at full scope, feel genuinely valued, and enjoy a great quality of life outside of work?

We are a modern, forward‑thinking private dental practice in Wigton, Cumbria, and we are excited to be recruiting a Dental Therapist to play a key role in our transition to a therapy‑led model of care. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive, digitally advanced environment.

Why join us? Live and work somewhere special

Based in Wigton, we are perfectly placed for exploring the Lake District, with outstanding countryside, coastlines and outdoor activities on your doorstep. We also benefit from excellent transport links, being close to the M6 and on the main train lines to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London.

Work at your full scope – and be truly valued

We are actively transitioning to a therapy‑led model, meaning you will be central to patient care, prevention and long‑term oral health outcomes. This is not a token therapist role – you will be empowered, respected and supported to practise to the full extent of your skills.

Fully digital, patient‑focused practice

You’ll be working in a fully digital environment with access to the latest technology, including iTero Lumina and the Align Oral Health Suite, helping you communicate clearly and confidently with patients and deliver outstanding care.

A dynamic, supportive team culture

We are a close‑knit, ambitious team who genuinely enjoy working together. We constantly strive to deliver the best for our patients using modern techniques and evidence‑based dentistry – while not taking ourselves too seriously along the way.

Personal and professional development
  • Quarterly team development days
  • Support to ensure you’re doing the dentistry you love

This role would suit any level of experience. If you’re newly qualified or looking to build confidence, we are very happy to mentor and support your development.
