Mechanical site manager required for a commercial new build scheme in Wigan. Working for a specialist MEP contractor and reporting into a site based MEP Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical package.

This will consist of assessing new technical drawings to ensure they are correct and suitable as well as managing a mixture of sub‑contractors and some direct staff to keep to the project and budget. This role will require experience on larger packages and overseeing complex systems on tight budgets. As part of your daily tasks you will inspect quality of work, undertake toolbox talks where requires and ensure the highest safety standards whilst delivering the programme.
