Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers and support staff
- Oversee maintenance contracts, commissioning projects, and service delivery
- Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and operational efficiency
- Build strong client relationships and deliver technical solutions
- Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the senior management team
- Proven experience managing service/commissioning teams (10+ engineers) is essential
- Strong BEMS technical knowledge and experience is essential
- Commercial acumen and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
