Recruitment Branch Manager
My client is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Branch Manager to lead their team in Wigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and managing a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of recruiters to meet targets and objectives
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve performance
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Branch Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
