- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and social care
- Full UK driving licence with own transport
- Auditing medication records
- Ordering medication from GP surgeries and mental health teams
- Collecting medication from pharmacies
- Delivering medication to our residents
- Conducting medication reviews and risk assessments
- Ensuring medication is available upon discharge
- Updating medication records
- Ensure the people we support receive high-quality medication support
- Perform field medication spot checks
- Build and maintain professional relationships with social workers, mental health teams, nurses, doctors, hospital discharge teams, speech & language therapists, and Wigan Council compliance team
- Provide professional support to our carers, the individuals we support, and their loved ones
- Provide care in the field when necessary
Work Schedule
Week 1
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9am – 5pm
Week 2
Monday to Friday: 7am – 3pm
Week 3
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 4pm
Yearly salary (including on-call duties)
