Project Manager - Civil Engineering

This is for someone who knows how to own complex industrial projects, manage risk, and deliver safely in high-pressure environments. Our client is a well-established industrial services business operating nationally, delivering technically challenging projects across heavy engineering, lifting, machinery installation, and industrial relocation. They are growing and they need a Project Manager who can lead from the front.

The Role:

• You will take full responsibility for end-to-end delivery of industrial projects, from planning through execution to handover.
• Owning project scope, programme, cost, and safety
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
• Managing RAMS, lifting plans, and method statements
• Acting as the primary client interface
• Anticipating problems before they become incidents
• Delivering projects on time, safely, and profitably
• This role requires decisive leadership, not supervision from the sidelines.

• Proven project management experience in industrial or engineering environments
• Strong understanding of site safety and risk management
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Formal PM qualifications are useful, real-world delivery experience matters more.
