Position: School Admin Role

School Administrator – Primary Schools (Wigan)
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Start ASAP

We are working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Wigan who are looking to appoint experienced School Administrators to support their busy school offices. These roles are ideal for organised and professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced school environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day school office administration
  • Using Arbor for attendance, pupil records, admissions and communication
  • Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks
  • Handling confidential information appropriately
  • Assisting with general office, finance and HR duties where required
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous school office or education administration experience
  • Be confident using Arbor (essential)
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
  • Have strong organisation, communication and IT skills
  • Be professional, approachable and able to work as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
