Nursery Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2/3 Nursery Nurse to join our busy and friendly nursery in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and supporting children's development in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to children in the nursery

Plan and deliver engaging learning activities tailored to children's individual needs

Promote positive behaviour and social development in line with nursery policies

Support children with personal care, feeding, and daily routines

Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the wellbeing and progress of every child

Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

A caring, patient, and reliable approach to childcare

Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare practices

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
