School Administrator – Primary School (Orrell)

We are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Orrell who are looking to appoint an experienced School Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who enjoys working in a busy school environment and making a positive contribution to the day-to-day running of the school.
Key responsibilities will include:- Managing the school’s administrative systems and processes efficiently.
- Using Arbor daily for attendance, admissions, pupil records, reporting and communications.
- Supporting the senior leadership team with organisational tasks.
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting finance, HR, and general office duties where required.
- Have previous experience working in a school office or similar education setting.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Or be willing to obtain one).
- Be confident and experienced in using Arbor (essential).
- Have excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Be approachable, calm, and professional in a busy environment.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
