What you'll do- Support his learning, confidence, and independence
- Help with social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers to bring his individual education plan (IEP) to life
- Be a positive role model and help him thrive in school
- Experience supporting children with SEND / ASD
- Patience, kindness, and a love of working with children
- Team player with great communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the child's needs
