• Proven experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
• A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to support learning on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• A proactive attitude and the confidence to adapt to different classroom environments
• Immediate availability
