Position: Tutor (Temporary)

£28 per hour

At Integra Education, we’ve supported schools and local authorities across the UK for over 15 years, helping children and young people re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve their potential. Due to increased demand in the Wigan area, we’re expanding our team and are seeking qualified education professionals.

THE ROLE

Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition
Support pupils with individual learning needs
Teach English, Maths, and Science across KS3 and KS4
Work in a variety of settings including schools, community venues, and pupils’ homes
Plan and deliver engaging sessions in line with the UK National Curriculum that build confidence and a love for learning

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualified Teachers or Tutors (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
Experience working with children or young people
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach, particularly with SEN/SEMH learners
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Access to transport

A recognised teaching qualification is essential for this role.
