Membership Services Advisor

About The Role

Our contact centre is growing and has a fantastic opportunity for Member Services Advisors to join the existing multi‑skilled team. We focus on delivering an exceptional service to our members & clubs through multiple communication channels largely digitally based, within a customer‑centric working environment. Within this role you will be responding to queries, feedback, and complaints, and using your exceptional customer service skills to help our members achieve their goals and continue their memberships.

We are looking for a motivated & versatile individual able to take ownership of their role, working with fantastic attention to detail, a willingness to listen, and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Become part of this friendly and supportive team, whilst building strong working relationships with all other departments across the business.

• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication
• IT literate
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Experience in dealing with high volumes of emails
• Proactively striving to achieve a first‑call resolution wherever possible
• Problem‑solving
• Multi‑tasking

Monday to Friday only, working 9am - 5pm!

No weekends, no Bank Holidays
