We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 52‑week cladding and façades contract in Lancashire. This is a significant external envelope scheme requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage works within a live environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and Senior Management Team and will take full responsibility for programme, delivery, and overall project performance.

The project comprises a comprehensive external refurbishment package including full cladding replacement/installation works, re‑roofing works, balcony installations and upgrades, and associated façade and external envelope elements. The works will be delivered in a live occupied environment, requiring careful planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to residents/occupants while maintaining programme and quality objectives.

• Full project lifecycle management from pre‑start through to completion and handover
• Production, management, and regular updating of the master programme
• Coordination and management of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to specification
• Chairing site meetings and providing structured progress reports to Director and Senior Management
• Commercial awareness in conjunction with the commercial team, including change management
• Risk management and mitigation planning
• Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project

• Demonstrable experience delivering cladding, façade, or external envelope projects of similar scale
• Proven experience managing projects within live occupied environments
• Strong programming capability (MS Project, Asta, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications
• Stable employment history with a main contractor or specialist façade contractor preferred
