We are delighted to be supporting a friendly and nurturing nursery in Standish in their search for a part-time Nursery Practitioner to join their team with an immediate start.

This role is ideal for a passionate early years practitioner who enjoys helping children learn, grow and thrive within a caring, play‑led environment.

• Holds an Early Years qualification (or is currently working towards one)
• Has experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Is enthusiastic, patient and enjoys working with young children
• Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is happy to apply for one

• Supporting children’s development through engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• Helping to create a warm, safe and stimulating learning space
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with colleagues and families to support each child’s needs
• Assisting with day‑to‑day routines, including play, mealtimes and personal care

• Part‑time hours to support work–life balance
• Immediate start available
• A welcoming, supportive nursery team
• Ongoing guidance from a dedicated recruitment consultant

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
