About the role

As a Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role within our childcare setting, overseeing and assisting with the daily operation of the nursery. This role involves leading a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nursery practitioners.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years.
  • Assist with daily operation of the nursery.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, health and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Qualified Practitioner or above, in accordance with government guidelines.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Passion for early years education.
  • Current Qualified Practitioner status.
