A friendly and welcoming primary school in Wigan is seeking a part-time School Administrator to support their busy school office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and wants a flexible part-time role within a supportive team.

The Role

You will be helping the school office run smoothly by supporting with:

  • Front of house reception duties
    Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
    Managing school emails and parent queries
    Supporting attendance administration
    General office tasks and organisation

The Ideal Candidate

The school would love someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a school office
    Is confident speaking with parents and visitors
    Is organised, proactive and friendly
    Can work well as part of a small team
    Ideally has experience with SIMS or Arbor
