ADMINISTRATOR – WIGAN – TEMP – £14.35-£16.41P/H DOE

An established UK-based professional services firm is seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on an ongoing basis.

This is a detail-focused administrative role offering a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and cross-departmental collaboration. The successful candidate will deliver a high standard of service to clients and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Responding to email and telephone enquiries ensuring all correspondence is handled promptly and professionally

* Ordering searches and documentation through external providers

* Acting as a liaison between external providers and clients, providing regular progress updates

* Accurately preparing and issuing written reports in the required format

* Requesting, issuing, and following up on invoices and payments where necessary

* Managing workloads effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines

* Assisting with marketing-related projects, including coordinating and distributing materials

* Providing general administrative support across the business

Skills & Experience (Desirable)

* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills

* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

* Strong IT skills, including accurate typing

* Ability to retain and recall large volumes of information

* Neat, clear handwriting

* Full driving licence with access to a vehicle, or currently learning to drive

* Degree educated and/or strong GCSE and A-Level results
