Digital Developer; Netcall Liberty Create

You must have at least 2 years experience working with the Netcall Liberty Create platform for this role, if you do not have any experience with the platform we cannot consider you for this position.

Salary up to £61,000 per year - varies on experience & seniority level.

We are recruiting for a number of positions to join our growing team. We have positions available at varying seniority levels.

This position is ideal for a passionate, self-driven, and tech-oriented individual who is interested in an exciting career advancement in software development. We work closely with several public sector organisations across the UK.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will cover the design and development of e-forms incorporating complex workflows to assist with digital transformation for local authorities. Various roles will also work with cloud technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AWS.

You will work to uphold our standards deployed across several organisations to ensure consistent and efficient development practices. You will also be working to integrate into back-office systems such as Northgate, Civica, iTrent, Alloy, Gov Notify, and more via SOAP and RESTful APIs.

You will have direct responsibility for client projects and take full ownership with the support of the senior management team who will provide project management support.

Senior roles will also have the opportunity for ad-hoc management responsibilities to enhance your career as we grow. Our senior management team will provide full support in relation to any management responsibilities.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and solve problems proactively to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
• Have used team collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack and more.
• Have worked in agile / waterfall methodologies in either public or private sector organisations.
• Excellent understanding of the Netcall Liberty Create platform, preferably from working in a public sector background.
• Solid understanding of database technology such as Microsoft SQL or Mongo DB (relational & non-relational databases).
• Solid understanding of a web or software development language.
• Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP API integrations.

• Previous qualifications in software development, computer science or IT at BTEC, A Level or Degree level.
• Any self-taught technologies or programming languages that you undertake in your personal time are also desirable.
