Multi Skilled Operative

Our Clientare specialists in the delivery of multi-trade property maintenance projects for local authorities, Social landlords and blue-chip public and private sector organisations.

They predominantly work for social landlords and local authorities throughout the North West of England, providing some of the following services:

• Electrical Compliance and Auditing
• Fire alarm installation and testing
• Domestic & Commercial installations
• Kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes

• Refurbishments and renovation works
• Gas Safe Registered Plumbing & Heating
• Extensions
• Fire Risk Assessment Works (FRA)

They are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join their Planned works team.

• Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.

• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative within the social housing or property maintenance sector.
• NVQ qualification relevant to the trade.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• CSCS is desirable

• 39 Hour week
