• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new recipes.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
• Assist with catering events as required, providing exceptional service to clients.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
