SMT Operator –
Norcott Technologies Limited
Join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where you will operate high‑complexity assemblies using Juki and/or Europlacer machines.
Responsibilities- Production of high‑complexity assemblies using Juki and Europlacer machines.
- Line configuration and set‑up.
- Kitting and de‑kitting of surface‑mount machines.
- Machine operation and programming.
- Solder paste printing.
- Manual insertion of components.
- In‑process quality inspection.
- Rework.
Previous experience of all SMT assembly processes and knowledge of IPC‑610 quality standards is an advantage.
Benefits20 days holiday (plus one extra day for each complete year of service, up to 24 days) plus paid bank holidays. 5% employer and 4% employee pension scheme. Free parking. 4‑day working week – Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm.
