Job Description

We are currently seeking Order Pickers to join our busy production team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves working on the production line packing pork products into the correct boxes. You’ll be required to maintain a steady pace to meet production targets while handling products carefully to ensure quality standards are met.

This position offers long-term opportunities for reliable and hardworking candidates, with the potential to move into a permanent role after a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

* Pack and prepare pork products on the production line, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

* Maintain an efficient work pace while handling products carefully to avoid damage.

* Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

* Keep your workstation clean and organised throughout each shift.

* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Experience Required

* Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not essential — full training provided

Contract Details

* Temp to Perm opportunity — reviewed weekly and discussed each Friday to confirm ongoing work.

* Strong performance and reliability can lead to a permanent position.

* Monday to Friday: 6:30am/7:00am – 3:00pm/3:30pm

* Saturday (Busy Periods):
Half-day shifts

* Approximately 40-48 hours per week

* Pay is based on actual hours worked as confirmed on your timesheet.
