** Your Role**## Oversee all maintenance activities in the respective plant according to the internal requirements.## ##
** Responsibilities**## Implement all relevant maintenance guidelines in the respective area of responsibility;* ## Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for maintenance work activities.* ## Coordinate planning and preparation of maintenance work orders.* ## Oversee the execution of maintenance activities according to the requested requirements to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.* ## Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using appropriate devices to verify conformance to standards and repair requirements.
* ## Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation.* ## Lead maintenance team, monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
