Mortgage Advisor - Widnes and Prescot

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The partner firm is a 150 advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

The available roles are either Employed or Self‑Employed. All leads are provided by the Estate Agency branch or branches we partner you with. The role supports the busy Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Widnes and Prescot. The roles can be full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role: £30,000–£35,000 (negotiable) with an OTE of £70,000+.
Self‑employed split: 70% on self‑generated leads with the provided leads split at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
